Shipping Info: Most CDs are duplicated and shipped by Kunaki in Nevada, USA. Tracking will be provided when your item is shipped by Kunaki. Items take about 1 week to be duplicated and shipped when ordered, and are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail.

Items shipped from the UK are handled by aurawire via Whiplash. Orders shipped by Whiplash will arrive within 2 days for UK domestic orders and about a week for international orders.

For international orders, we are not liable for and will not reimburse any customs fees or additional taxes that are charged on receipt of your shipment.
Return Policy: Please contact us directly at dataloglabel@gmail.com if you have any issues with your product. We will order a replacement for you if your item fits one of the following conditions:

- your package arrives heavily damaged, including damage to inserts and media (this does not include minor scuffs/cracks in the jewel case, or light scratches on the media);
- your item skips or does not play correctly due to damage or defects;
- your package is lost by the postal service and is deemed unlikely to be found.

Please allow up to 30 days for us to fulfill your replacement order.

As Kunaki does not accept returns, we cannot offer returns on CDs fulfilled by them.
